Technical disciplines
You’ll have a keen interest in general engineering, manufacturing, production, information technology or logistics and a degree in engineering (chemical, electrical, mechanical, production) or a science (polymer, computer).

We’ll provide experience across a variety of environments within your first few years, which will seek to broaden your knowledge of commercial and operational areas in the Company.

Accounting
From any degree discipline, you’ll want to learn and practise key financial management techniques in a very wide range of environments, including manufacturing and head office.

Sales/marketing
True sales roles where, although marketing appreciation is important, selling is the focal point. People with a hands-on, committed, practical approach tend to do well.
